Stem Innovations Ambassador

Ambassador Volunteers needed:

Being a STEM Innovations Ambassador is about engaging and enthusing young people with science, technology, engineering and mathematics. You will help encourage students to consider further study of STEM subjects and progression into related careers, inspiring the next generation of STEM professionals.

Ambassadors volunteer a little of their time each year to support school and non-school groups, helping to get young people fired up about STEM subjects and careers.

There are two Volunteer programs:

1. Be a devoted volunteer for the program by recruiting young STEM Innovation Ambassadors to guild them with the STEM Innovations attributes:

Career Readiness- Resume building, Web portfolio,
STEM Entrepreneurship- Entrepreneurial mindsets and Entrepreneurial skills, and Capstone Projects
Leadership and soft skills development
Engineering challenges- Building Computer, Robotics, Coding, Intro to drafting
Field trips ( College and professional field trips) Mentorship program and Networking development Presentation Articulation

2.  Be a devoted volunteer for the program by :
Delivering a range of activities such as career talks, mentoring, practical workshops and exhibitions. We offer help and support whether you are a STEM Ambassador or would like to start working with one to inspire and enthuse the next generation.
Engage the students in STEM
Create an awareness of importance of STEM
Deliver meaningful presentations to develop confidence in STEM subjects
Give practical workshops of why stem subjects are important

STEM Innovation Ambassadors Volunteers create a positive impact on young peoples engagement, interest, and enjoyment of STEM subjects. You will make a real difference in the young persons aspirations.
